Almost 8 in 10 women, about 80%, are wearing the wrong bra size. The reason is that your body changes over time. A woman can go through as many as six different size changes throughout her life. These changes are due to fluctuations in weight, age, use of birth control pills, pregnancy and menopause, to name a few. Your fit will change year to year as you lose or gain weight, exercise more or less, and so on.

If you are experiencing discomfort, spillage over your cups or back strap, tight straps, or a gap between your cups, you are most likely wearing the wrong size.

Not only does a properly fitting bra give you a more flattering silhouette and comfort, but it’s better for your health. A properly fitted bra can alleviate strain on the back and shoulders as well as keep breast tissue from breaking down and losing its firmness.
